You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
The product must be in the same condition that you received it
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
